Wair is an AI-powered personal wardrobe stylist mobile application. The Site is the marketing and information surface for the App.

Information we collect

From the Site (wair.llc)

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, message body. Used only to respond to your inquiry.
• Anonymous analytics — page views, language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE), referrer source. We do not use third-party tracking cookies on the Site at this time.

From the App (Wair mobile)

• Account data — email address, hashed password (we never see your plaintext password). Optional sign-in with third-party providers if you choose.
• Wardrobe data — photographs of clothing items you upload, AI-generated metadata (categories, colors, styles), outfit history, and preferences.
• Device data — device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports.
• AI processing data — uploaded images are processed by our AI models and/or third-party AI providers to generate styling recommendations.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the App
• Respond to contact form messages
• Generate personalized outfit recommendations
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

We share limited data with the following service providers, who act as our data processors:

• Supabase (database & authentication) — United States
• Resend (transactional email delivery) — United States
• AI model providers — may include US-based providers for inference on uploaded wardrobe images

Each provider is contractually bound to handle data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.

International data transfers

Aquila Labs LLC is based in the United States. If you access Wair from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.

Data retention

• Contact form messages: kept for up to 24 months for support history, then deleted.
• App account data: retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
• Anonymous analytics: aggregated and not retained in personally identifiable form.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR/EEA, UK GDPR, CCPA/California, KVKK/ Türkiye), you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
